Child Protection Policy

At Feeberse Score we are committed to providing a safe and appropriate environment for all users. Feeberse Score is a free-to-access live football scores service, and its content—scores, statistics, line-ups, standings and sports editorial content—is suitable for the general public. This Policy explains how we protect minors, with particular attention to betting advertising, which is reserved for persons over 18 years of age.

1. Access to the service and age

Feeberse Score is free to access and does not require a minimum age to check results or to register: any fan can use the service.

The only age control we apply is the age of majority (18+) and it refers exclusively to betting and real-money gambling advertising. This 18+ restriction is not a minimum age of access to the service: the rest of Feeberse Score's features are available to the general public. Betting advertising is only displayed, subject to an age control (18+) and a territory control (geolocation), in territories where it is legal (currently Spain and Colombia); anyone who does not pass that age control is not shown such advertising and is not included in any gambling advertising profiling.

2. Exclusion of minors from gambling advertising

Persons under 18 are EXCLUDED from all betting advertising and from any behavioural profiling for gambling purposes. Such users are shown only, where applicable, appropriate contextual advertising that is not based on a profile.

Feeberse Score undertakes not to direct betting creatives at minors or at vulnerable groups, and not to use design elements liable to attract minors towards gambling.

2.1. Spain

In accordance with Article 11 of Royal Decree 958/2020 of 3 November on commercial communications of gambling activities, gambling advertising served in Spain visibly incorporates the warning prohibiting minors (18+) and is not directed at minors, nor does it use elements—characters, mascots, aesthetics or references—liable to be attractive to them or to present gambling as a sign of maturity. Persons under 18 are neither recipients of this inventory nor subject to advertising profiling for gambling purposes.

2.2. Colombia

Pursuant to Law 643 of 2001, games of chance are an activity reserved for persons of legal age. Betting advertising served in Colombia through Feeberse Score is restricted to persons over 18, warns of its exclusively adult nature, and is never directed at minors or at vulnerable populations, in accordance with Decree 2124 of 2023.

3. Privacy and safety of minors

We protect the privacy and safety of minors by complying with applicable data protection law (the General Data Protection Regulation and the LOPDGDD in Spain; Law 1581 of 2012 on Habeas Data in Colombia). Under no circumstances do we use minors' data for advertising profiling for gambling purposes. Details of how we process data are set out in our Privacy Policy.

4. Community moderation

Feeberse Score's community features—in particular the live match chat "La afición"—are subject to moderation. We provide tools for any user to report inappropriate content or conduct, and we act swiftly and effectively against any irregular behaviour, including limiting features or blocking the account where appropriate.

5. Education and awareness

We promote education and awareness about the safe use of the Internet among minors and their parents or guardians.
