COOKIES POLICY — FEEBERSE SCORE
Last updated: 24 June 2026
We inform you that at FEEBERSE SCORE we use first-party and third-party cookies.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a file that is downloaded onto the user's device when accessing a website or app, for the purpose of storing and retrieving information about the browsing carried out on the device.
In general, they allow obtaining data related to users, and may be used for very diverse purposes, such as, for example, recognising you as a user, obtaining information about your browsing habits, or personalising the way content is displayed. The specific uses we make of these technologies are described below.
What types of cookies exist, which ones are used, and for what purpose?
According to the entity that manages them:
- First-party cookies: those sent to the user's terminal device from a device or domain managed by the publisher itself, and from which the service requested by the user is provided.
- Third-party cookies: those sent to the User's terminal device from a device or domain that is not managed by the publisher, but by another entity that processes the data obtained through the cookies.
According to how long the cookie remains active on the device:
- Session cookies: these are temporary cookies that remain in your browser's cookie file until you leave the website or app, so none are recorded on the user's device. The information obtained through these cookies is used to analyse the traffic patterns of the website or app. In the long run, this allows us to provide a better experience in order to improve content and make it easier to use.
- Persistent cookies: these are stored on the device and are identified again each time the user makes a new visit. A persistent cookie may be accessed and processed for a period defined by the party responsible for the cookie, after which it will cease to function.
At FEEBERSE SCORE we use the following cookies:
- Technical cookies: those which, processed by us or by third parties, allow you to browse the Platform and use the different options or services available on it, including traffic control and data communication, session identification, access to restricted-access areas, controlling fraud linked to the security of the service, submitting a request to register or participate in an event, using security features during browsing, storing content for the broadcasting of video or sound, enabling dynamic content (for example, a loading animation of a text or image), or sharing content through social networks. We use third-party technical cookies owned by the provider Google Analytics, an entity with which we entered into an agreement in April 2024, and established at Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
- Personalisation cookies: these allow the user to access the service with certain general predefined features based on a series of criteria in the user's terminal and interface. We use personalisation cookies so that you can manage the following features: the language, the type of browser through which you access the service, the regional settings from which you access the service, etc. We use third-party personalisation cookies owned by the provider Google Analytics, an entity with which we entered into an agreement in April 2024, and established at Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
- Analytics cookies: these are cookies that allow tracking and statistically analysing the behaviour of the users to whom they are linked, in order to learn how the offered services are used. To this end, your browsing on our website is analysed in order to improve the offering of products or services we provide to you. We use third-party analytics cookies owned by the provider Google Analytics, an entity with which we entered into an agreement in April 2024, and established at Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
- Behavioural advertising cookies: these are first-party or third-party cookies that allow us to analyse your browsing habits and develop a specific profile in order to show you advertising related to your browsing profile. To serve advertising on Feeberse Score we use the Google Ad Manager ad server. Personalised or behavioural advertising is only activated with your consent; in its absence you will only see contextual advertising, not based on your profile. The point at which these and other technologies that are not strictly necessary are activated depends on your location (see "Activation regime based on your location"). In the "List of cookies used" section of this Policy you will find the detail by categories and providers.
- Gambling advertising cookies (18+): a specific category of cookies or identifiers associated with the advertising of licensed betting operators. These cookies are NOT installed for users who have not passed 18+ age verification, nor in the absence of consent, and are never used to profile minors. Their activation is limited to the territories where such inventory is served (Spain and Colombia).
List of cookies used
Below are the cookies and identifiers that Feeberse Score may use, broken down by category. Cookies that are not strictly necessary are activated in accordance with the "Activation regime based on your location" described further below; personalised advertising requires your consent in all cases.
Necessary (first-party, do not require consent):
- Session cookie: maintains your session and, where applicable, your sign-in during the visit. Duration: session.
- Consent status: remembers your cookie and advertising preferences so we do not ask you again. Duration: up to 12 months.
- Betting-advertising age control (18+): remembers that you have passed age verification, so it is not repeated. Duration: session / up to 12 months.
Analytics (Google Analytics — subject to consent or to your right to object depending on your location):
_ga,_ga_*: distinguish users and sessions in order to compile aggregated usage statistics. Provider: Google. Duration: up to 24 months.
Advertising (Google Ad Manager — subject to consent or to your right to object depending on your location):
IDE,test_cookieand others from the Google/DoubleClick domain: selection, delivery and measurement of the advertising served by the ad server. Provider: Google. Duration: up to 13 months.
Campaign measurement and attribution (subject to consent or to your right to object depending on your location):
feeberse_attribution(first-party): records the campaign a visit originates from, including click identifiers such asfbclidorgclid, for measurement and attribution purposes; it may feed the measurement carried out by the Meta Pixel. Duration: up to 90 days._fbp(and, where applicable,_fbc): measurement and attribution of our campaigns by means of the Meta Pixel. They are not used for remarketing or for gambling advertising profiling. The sharing of these identifiers with Meta follows the "Activation regime based on your location" (prior consent in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom; by default, with a right to object, in all other territories). Provider: Meta. Duration: up to 90 days.
The cookies or identifiers associated with betting advertising (18+) are only activated, with your consent, for users who pass the age control and only in the territories where such inventory is served (Spain and Colombia).
Activation regime based on your location
The point at which cookies and technologies that are not strictly necessary are activated depends on the rules applicable to your location:
- In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom (and wherever the applicable rules require prior consent): technologies that are not strictly necessary —analytics, measurement and advertising— remain disabled by default and are only activated if you accept them in the consent panel. Until you decide, they are not activated.
- In all other territories: usage analytics and campaign measurement may be activated by default, on the basis of the legitimate interest in sustaining a free service financed through advertising, with notice provided to you. You may object to or withdraw that activation at any time from the consent panel, without this preventing you from using the service.
Regardless of your location:
- Advertising served is contextual (based on the content you are viewing): we do not build a profile about you nor show personalised advertising based on your behaviour.
- Measurement by means of the Meta Pixel —including the sharing with Meta of click or browser identifiers (
_fbc/_fbp)— follows the same location-based regime described above: it requires your consent in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, and may be activated by default, with your right to object, in all other territories. - You may change your preferences at any time from the consent panel.
For how long are cookies stored?
The cookies used will be kept on your device for as long as necessary for the purpose for which they were installed, and at most for a period of two (2) years, unless you decide to delete them through your browser's configuration options, as indicated in the corresponding section of this Policy.
Information on international data transfers.
The personal data obtained through cookies owned by Google, L.L.C., an entity established in the USA, adhering to the Data Privacy Framework Adequacy Decision —which enables the flow of personal data of European citizens to the United States, and which has been in force since 10 July 2023— will be subject to international transfer. Likewise, we have entered into the corresponding Data Processing Agreement, which you may consult at the following link.
The use of Google's advertising technology (Google Ad Manager) may likewise involve international data transfers to the United States, covered by the applicable safeguard mechanisms, in particular the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, to which the provider adheres, and, where applicable, the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
We guarantee that the necessary safeguards will be adopted to protect its confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Who uses cookies?
The information obtained through Cookies will be processed for the purposes and periods indicated in this Policy.
If you accept third-party cookies, you must delete them from your browser options or from the system offered by the third party itself.
The legal basis for these processing operations depends on your location, in accordance with the "Activation regime based on your location": the user's consent in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, and legitimate interest, with your right to object, in all other territories. In any case, you may refuse or withdraw the use of cookies that are not strictly necessary through the mechanisms indicated below.
Meta measurement pixel (Meta Pixel). We may use the Meta measurement pixel (Meta Pixel) for the EXCLUSIVE purpose of campaign measurement and attribution (to know whether a visit comes from one of our campaigns), never to create gambling advertising profiles or to personalise betting advertising. The activation of this measurement —including the sharing with Meta of the click or browser identifiers (_fbc/_fbp)— follows the "Activation regime based on your location": it requires your consent in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, and may be activated by default, with your right to object, in all other territories. It may be deactivated at any time in the consent panel.
Consent management.
Cookies and similar technologies that are NOT strictly necessary —in particular advertising and personalisation cookies— are managed through our consent management panel, based on Google Consent Mode v2, in accordance with the "Activation regime based on your location" described above: where the applicable rules require prior consent (European Economic Area and United Kingdom) they are not activated until you accept them; in all other territories they may be activated by default and you may object to or withdraw them at any time. You can accept or reject by category and change your decision at any time from the same panel, without this preventing the use of the service. Browser settings and the "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal are complementary measures, but do not replace the consent managed through the panel. The detailed list of cookies used is set out in the "List of cookies used" section of this Policy.

Remember that these browser measures are complementary and do not replace the consent managed through our consent panel.
