LEGAL NOTICE

This Legal Notice governs the use of the live sports results service Feeberse Score, accessible through score.feeberse.com (hereinafter, the Service or Feeberse Score), belonging to the Feeberse group.

Use of the Service implies full acceptance by the user of all the clauses included in this Legal Notice, as well as each of the warnings or specific clauses established for the use of areas of the Service. Should the user not accept the clauses contained in this document, the user must refrain from accessing and/or using the services and content offered.

IDENTIFICATION DETAILS OF THE PROVIDER

In compliance with the duty of information established in Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the identification details of the provider of the Feeberse Score service are stated:

REACHAT MARKETPLACE INC, with registered office at no. 1600, 63rd St., Brooklyn, New York (11204-2713), United States, identified by Employer Identification Number (EIN) 85-1700130. Contact email: dpo@feeberse.com.

REACHAT MARKETPLACE INC is the entity that owns and is responsible for the Feeberse Score service. As an entity incorporated in the United States, it is identified by its EIN; it does not hold a Spanish tax identification number (NIF/CIF) or registration in the Spanish Commercial Registry.

USE OF THE SERVICE

The user undertakes to use the Service lawfully, without contravening morality, public order, and in accordance with the provisions of this Legal Notice. Use of the Service for advertising, commercial or illegal purposes is prohibited, especially those involving a false identity.

Feeberse Score acts as responsible for the information about its services, assuming no responsibility for the content that users may publish in breach of this Notice, with the user being solely responsible for the truthfulness and legality of such content.

Feeberse Score is not responsible for third-party websites that may be accessed through links, or for any content made available by third parties.

Feeberse Score fully acknowledges and respects the intellectual property rights and image rights of the content that users publish in the community features. By publishing messages, comments or reactions in such features (such as the match chat "La afición"), the user retains all their intellectual property rights and image rights over such content. Under no circumstances will Feeberse Score claim ownership, copyright, image rights or any other intellectual property right over the content published by users. However, by using the Service, the user grants Feeberse Score a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and royalty-free license to host, display and distribute such content within the Service, exclusively for the purpose of operating, promoting and improving the Service itself. This license does not allow Feeberse Score to edit, commercially exploit, sell or transfer the content to third parties without the explicit consent of the rights holder.

Feeberse Score reserves the right to remove or disable access to any content deemed to violate our policies or that may be harmful or illegal. The decision to remove or disable access to any content shall be at the discretion of Feeberse Score, always respecting the principles of proportionality and necessity.

Any use of a link or access to a non-proprietary website is carried out at the user's sole will and risk. Feeberse Score does not recommend or guarantee any information obtained by or through a link, nor is it responsible for any loss, claim or harm arising from the use or misuse of a link, or from the information obtained through it, including other links or websites, from the interruption of the service or access, or from the attempt to use or misuse a link, both when accessing the Website and when accessing information from other websites from the Website.

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

All content of the Service, including texts, images, trademarks, graphics, logos, software files, colors, as well as the structure, selection and order of the content, is protected by Intellectual and Industrial Property legislation, prohibiting its reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation, except for personal and private use.

Feeberse and its logo are trademarks owned by the Feeberse group. Unless we have granted you permission, do not use Feeberse trademarks as your own or in any other way that implies sponsorship or endorsement by Feeberse. A product bearing the Feeberse trademark or logo is a representation of Feeberse. Unless you are one of our licensees, we do not allow anyone to manufacture, sell or give away anything bearing our name or logo.

THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISING AND SERVICE MODEL

Feeberse Score is a free-access service sustained by third-party advertising, served through an ad server operated by Google (Google Ad Manager). Feeberse Score acts exclusively as an advertising medium (publisher) and not as an advertiser of the promoted products. The inclusion of an advertisement does not imply recommendation or endorsement by Feeberse Score of the product, service or advertiser shown. The detail of the advertising model, the types of advertisements and the contextual or personalized selection is described in the Monetization Policy, the Cookies Policy and the Privacy Policy of the Service.

GAMBLING ADVERTISING AND REGULATORY AUTHORITY — SPAIN

This site displays betting advertising directed exclusively at persons over 18 years of age in Spain. Such advertising is governed by Royal Decree 958/2020, of 3 November, on commercial communications of gambling activities, by Law 13/2011, of 27 May, on the regulation of gambling, and by the supervision of the Directorate General for the Regulation of Gambling (DGOJ).

Feeberse Score acts as an advertising medium (publisher) and not as a gambling operator. The authorization and license of the advertiser operator are the responsibility of the latter: the advertising gambling operator holds the current license required by the Directorate General for the Regulation of Gambling (DGOJ) and is unequivocally identified in its own commercial communication. The betting advertising inventory is served only after a territory check (geolocation) and an age check (18+); outside that scope it is not displayed.

GAMBLING ADVERTISING AND REGULATORY AUTHORITY — COLOMBIA

This site displays betting advertising directed exclusively at persons over 18 years of age in Colombia. Such advertising is governed by Law 643 of 2001, by Decree 2124 of 2023 on the advertising of games of chance, and by the supervision of Coljuegos.

Feeberse Score acts as an advertising medium and not as a gambling operator. The authorization of the advertiser operator before Coljuegos is the responsibility of the latter: the advertising gambling operator holds the current authorization from Coljuegos and is unequivocally identified in its own commercial communication. The betting advertising inventory is served only after a territory check (geolocation) and an age check (18+); outside that scope it is not displayed.

The Service may include links to third-party sites. Feeberse Score is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of these sites. It is recommended to read their terms of use and privacy policies carefully. Those interested in establishing a link to our Service must request express consent, with Feeberse Score reserving the right to object to the activation of such links.

LIABILITIES

Feeberse Score shall not be liable, directly or subsidiarily, for:

  • The quality, accessibility, reliability, accuracy or continuity of the services offered by the Service.
  • Damage that may arise to the user's equipment from the use of the Service.
  • The actions of third parties that breach security measures and use the content of the Service for unlawful purposes.
  • The content, offers and sites or applications of third-party advertisers, including licensed gambling operators, the responsibility for which lies exclusively with them.

The user shall assume responsibility for the content they introduce, as well as for the actions they carry out through the Service.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The use of Feeberse Score is governed by the mandatory rules applicable in each territory. For users resident in Spain and Colombia, the local mandatory rules on consumer protection, personal data protection and gambling advertising shall apply, regardless of any other provision, as well as the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals that such rules determine.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, and for everything not subject to local mandatory rules, the relations between Feeberse Score and users shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the law applicable to the entity that owns the service.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising from the use of Feeberse Score shall be resolved amicably where possible. A user who is a consumer may submit the dispute to the courts and tribunals that correspond to them under the mandatory consumer protection rules of their place of residence.
