Welcome to Feeberse Score, the live football results web service. Here you will find live matches from multiple leagues, real-time scores and events, statistics, line-ups, standings, profiles of teams, players and competitions, a player comparison tool, editorial content and everything you need to follow football as a fan. If you wish, you can create a free and optional account to take part in the fan community: the live match chat "La afición", the "Who will win?" prediction votes and the prediction pool (porra).

When you use the Platform, there are some important rules you should know. These rules, called "Terms and Conditions of Use", are what guide your experience here. If you register or use the Platform in any way, you are accepting these rules, which means that you agree to respect them while you are on the Platform. If you do not accept them, you must not use our Platform or access any Content. You may see ads of our own or of third parties while you are on the Platform. These rules also apply to how we use information to show you these ads.

Service Provider

These Terms and Conditions of Use, hereinafter "Terms" or "Conditions", are established between the user and REACHAT MARKETPLACE INC, with registered office at no. 1600, 63rd St., Brooklyn, New York (11204-2713), USA, with EIN 85-1700130, contact dpo@feeberse.com, owner of the Platform. Except as provided in this clause or as expressly agreed in writing between the user and the Platform, these Terms constitute all the terms and conditions agreed between the user and the Platform and supersede any prior agreement in relation to the subject matter of these Terms, whether written or verbal.

The Platform: What does it offer?

Feeberse Score is a free live football results web service, focused on LATAM and Spain. Our aim is to bring you everything related to this thrilling sport. Here is what you will find:

Live results and events: live matches from multiple leagues, with real-time scores and events (goals, cards, substitutions).
Statistics, line-ups and standings: advanced match statistics, line-ups and competition standings tables.
Profiles and comparison tool: detailed profiles of teams, players and competitions, as well as a player comparison tool.
Editorial content: previews, narration, data and duels generated with the help of artificial intelligence, plus featured cards regionalized according to your area.
Search and notifications: a search engine to find teams, players and competitions, and match notifications or alerts.
Optional account and community: you can create a free and optional account (including sign-in with Google, Apple or Facebook) that enables the community features: the live match chat "La afición" (user messages and reactions), the prediction votes (1X2 "Who will win?") and the prediction pool (porra). If you wish, you can add an optional profile picture.

The Platform is sustained by third-party advertising. By default, ads are contextual; they are only personalized if you give your consent through our consent panel. You can consult our Privacy Policy to learn how and when advertising is displayed and how to manage your consent.

By taking part in the Platform's community, you agree not only to enjoy these features but also to contribute to a fair and respectful environment. Remember, abuse of unlawful-content notifications or any manipulation of our systems may result in sanctions, including the suspension of your account. Creating an account and how our Platform is financed

To take part in our Platform's community features, you need to create a free account. Your username and password are for you alone and must be kept secret. You are responsible for what happens if someone else uses your account without permission. If you lose your username or password or believe that someone else has accessed your account without permission, let us know immediately.

Feeberse Score is a free service. While you use our Platform, you may see ads that help us maintain the service. These ads are provided by companies that want to promote their products and services. We do not share your personal information with these advertisers; we only provide them with general details, such as age and interests, to help them show their ads to people who may find them useful.

We may also offer special promotional plans, affiliations or services, including offers of third-party products and services. Please note that we are not responsible for the products and services provided by such third parties.

In addition, for advertisers who promote content on our Platform, we provide them with general information about the performance of their ads without revealing data that directly identifies you. This helps them understand how people interact with their football-related content.

Our Privacy Policy

On our Platform it is necessary to collect and use certain information in order to provide you with our services. In our Privacy Policy, we explain how we collect, use and share that information. We also give you tools and options to control what information is shared and how it is used, including the options available in the privacy settings. To be part of our Platform, we need you to meet certain commitments that help us maintain a safe and respectful environment for everyone:

Age and Legal Compliance

Feeberse Score is a freely accessible service and has no minimum age for access, use or registration: anyone can consult the results and, if they wish, create a free account. We have a Policy for the protection of minors. We advise you to read it.
However, advertising of betting and real-money gambling is restricted to persons over 18 years of age and is only served, subject to age and territory controls, in the territories where it is legal (currently Spain and Colombia). Users who do not pass that age control are not shown such advertising and are not included in gambling advertising profiling.
You must not have legal restrictions preventing you from using our services.
Your account must not have been previously deactivated for breaching our rules or laws.
You must not have been convicted of sexual offences.

Appropriate Use

Do not impersonate another person or provide false information.
You may not create an account in someone's name unless you have their express permission.
Keep your personal data up to date.
Do not carry out illegal or deceptive activities, nor breach our rules and policies or these Terms and Conditions of use.
Do not interfere with the normal operation of the Platform.
Obtain information about how to report conduct or content in our Help Center.
Do not attempt to access accounts or information without permission.
Do not buy, sell or exchange data or accounts without authorization.
Respect copyright and do not publish content that infringes the rights of others. Read in detail the Intellectual Property Policy document regarding the use of copyright-protected content.

Not sharing unlawful content or content considered terrorist

A wide variety of unlawful but also harmful content is prohibited, including content that promotes violent and criminal behaviour, content that threatens the safety of other people, hate speech, graphic content, spam, and content that is harmful to minors. The following material may be considered online terrorist content:

Content that incites other people to commit terrorist acts, such as content that glorifies such acts or promotes the commission of such offences.
Content that asks other people to commit or contribute to committing terrorist acts.
Content that provides instructions on the manufacture or use of explosives, firearms or other types of weapons, harmful or dangerous substances, as well as other specific methods or techniques that enable the commission of, or contribution to, terrorist acts.
Content that represents a threat with the aim of committing a terrorist act.

Permissions for your content

The Platform fully recognizes and respects the intellectual property rights and image rights of the content that users contribute to the community. User content on Feeberse Score is limited to the messages and comments and the reactions that they post in the match chat "La afición" and to the predictions and votes that they submit, as well as, where applicable, their optional profile picture. By publishing this content, the user retains all their intellectual property rights and image rights over such content. In no case will the Platform claim ownership, copyright, image rights or any other intellectual property right over the content contributed by users. However, by using our Platform, the user grants the Platform a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and royalty-free license to host, use, distribute, modify (solely to adapt to technical or format requirements), reproduce and publicly display such content exclusively for the purpose of operating, promoting and improving our services, and developing new services within the platform. This license does not allow the Platform to edit, commercially exploit, sell or transfer the content to third parties without the explicit consent of the rights holder.

The Platform reserves the right to remove or disable access to any content that is deemed to violate our policies or that may be harmful or illegal. The decision to remove or disable access to any content shall be at the Platform's discretion, always respecting the principles of proportionality and necessity.

This allows us to display and adapt your content according to how you decide to share it in the community. The license ends when you delete your content or your account. You can read the Intellectual Property Policy that applies to all content on the Platform that is protected by intellectual property rights.

Use of your information and actions

You give us permission to display your username, your profile picture (if you have added one) and your participation in the community in accordance with your settings. This includes the messages, comments and reactions that you post in the match chat "La afición" and the predictions or votes that you submit. We respect how you configured your experience. Learn more in the Advertising Use Policy.

Service Updates

You agree that we may download and install updates on your device to improve and maintain the Platform.

Rights the Platform reserves

Changes to usernames: If you choose a username that infringes the rights of another person or you attempt to impersonate another user, we may change it to a more appropriate one.
Our protected content: If you use our content protected by intellectual property rights, such as images or videos provided by us in your content, we retain the rights over that specific content, but not over your personal content.
Use of our intellectual property: You may only use our trademarks or intellectual property by following our explicit rules or with our written permission.
Modifications to our open-source code: You need our written permission or an open-source license to make modifications or attempt to extract information from our open-source code.

Restrictions on Online Gaming Content

This Platform is not considered an online game or video game. It is important to understand that Feeberse Score is a live football results web service, which provides real-time scores and events, statistics, line-ups, standings and profiles, as well as community features for fans (the match chat "La afición", the predictions and the prediction pool). Unlike online games or video games, where entertainment and the achievement of objectives within a virtual environment are paramount, Feeberse Score is designed to provide information about football and foster conversation within the fan community. Here, the objective is not to compete or pass levels, but to follow football live and share the passion for this sport.

The prohibition on users creating, distributing or sharing through the Service content relating to games of chance, sports betting or similar offers is maintained: Feeberse Score is not a gambling platform and does not operate games of chance or betting. The Service may not be used to promote or share content from online gambling platforms. Any violation of this rule is the sole responsibility of the user and could result in sanctions such as the suspension or deletion of the account. We assume no responsibility for online gambling activities that may be initiated or shared by users.

This prohibition refers to user-generated content. It is distinct from, and compatible with, the ADVERTISING of licensed gambling operators that Feeberse Score, as an advertising medium, may display to users over 18 years of age in the territories where such advertising is legal, in accordance with applicable regulations and the conditions of these Terms. Under no circumstances does Feeberse Score intervene in the placing, management or settlement of bets, which take place, where applicable, directly between the user and the licensed operator on the operator's own sites or applications.

Abuse of unlawful-content notifications

The Platform has a notification system for users to report content they consider unlawful, in accordance with our Policy for the notification of unlawful content. However, abuse of this system through false or unfounded notifications is a violation of our terms and may have the following consequences, as expanded in our internal Trusted Flaggers Policy:

Suspension of the Notification Function: Users who repeatedly submit unfounded notifications may have their ability to make future notifications restricted.
Legal Action: The Platform reserves the right to take legal action against those who make false accusations with knowledge of their falsity or through gross negligence.
Suspension or Termination of the Account: In cases of serious or repeated abuse, the Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate the offending user's account.
Review of Complaints: All complaints received will undergo a review process to determine their validity before taking any action. Consult our Procedure for submitting a complaint or claim.

This section seeks to protect the integrity of the notification system and ensure that it is used responsibly and in accordance with the purpose for which it was designed.

Content deletion and account disablement

We may delete or restrict your content if it breaks our rules or the law. We may also stop giving you access if you represent a risk to our community or breach the rules frequently.

We reserve the right to remove any content that is not directly or indirectly related to football or to the main activity of our platform. Our priority is to maintain a safe and football-focused environment for all our users.

The use of the platform with bots or automation not authorized by the Platform is prohibited and will be cause for content deletion and account disablement.

If we delete your content, we will inform you and give you options to appeal, except in serious cases or if it is against the law. If you want to delete your account, you can use the options available in the application settings on your mobile device or visit the Help Center. When you request to delete content or your account, it may take up to 30 days to begin the process and up to 30 days to complete it. While we delete, the content will not be visible, but it remains subject to our rules and policies. Once deleted, it may take another 90 days to disappear completely.

Content retention after account deletion

After deleting your account, content may not be deleted immediately if:

Someone else used your content and has not yet deleted it. In this case, we still have permission to keep it until it is deleted.
There are technical issues that prevent immediate deletion. We will carry out the process as soon as it is technically possible.

In addition, content may be retained if necessary to:

Investigate illegal activities or breaches of our rules.
Protect the security of our systems or comply with the law.
Respond to legal requests from government authorities.

In these situations, we retain the content only for the time necessary to resolve the specific situation.

Passwords and account access

Your password is for your personal use only and you must not reveal it to anyone. If you allow other people to access the account, you accept that such people act on your behalf and that you are subject to any changes they may make to your account. To maintain control over your account and prevent unauthorized people from accessing it, you must keep control of all devices used to access the service and not reveal to anyone the password associated with that account. You agree to provide and keep up to date the data related to your account, including a valid email address so that we can send you account-related notices. We may cancel your account or block it to protect you, the Platform or our users from identity theft or other fraudulent activities.

Advertising

The Platform holds the sole right to monetize its services, including the exclusive right to sell and display ads on it.

Unlike other Feeberse group services, on Feeberse Score advertising is delivered through a third-party ad server (Google Ad Manager) and may include programmatic advertising demand from third-party networks and advertisers, including that of licensed gambling operators on the terms set out in these Terms. Feeberse Score acts as an advertising medium (publisher) and not as the advertiser of the promoted products. This enablement of third-party advertising applies specifically to Feeberse Score and does not alter the advertising conditions of other group services. In particular, the restriction on third-party advertising networks provided for other group services does not apply to Feeberse Score, which precisely relies on a third-party ad server.

By using Feeberse Score you accept the display of advertising, which may include third-party advertising. The content, offers and sites or applications of the advertisers are the sole responsibility of the advertisers; any interaction or contract you enter into with an advertiser takes place at your own discretion and risk, outside the scope of Feeberse Score, which does not guarantee the accuracy, legality or availability of such third-party content.

Advertisers

Advertisers who participate on our Platform undertake to comply with the laws in force on advertising, data protection, intellectual property and unfair competition. Each advertiser is responsible for ensuring that its promotional content and related practices comply with the relevant regulations, in particular, that recipients can know, for each advertisement, clearly, unequivocally and in real time: a) that the information presented is an advertisement; b) the natural or legal person on whose behalf the advertisement is presented; c) significant information about the main parameters used to determine the recipient to whom the advertisement is presented. Non-compliance with these laws may result in the immediate removal of the ads involved and in the possible termination of the partnership with the platform, in addition to the corresponding legal actions. The Platform is not liable for any of these breaches.

When the Service displays betting advertising, it will correspond to the advertising gambling operator, which holds the license or authorization in force required in each territory (DGOJ in Spain, Coljuegos in Colombia) and is unequivocally identified in its own commercial communication. Feeberse Score acts exclusively as an advertising medium (publisher) and not as a gambling operator: responsibility for the license, the accuracy and the content of the advertisement, as well as for the contractual relationship arising from the bet, corresponds to the advertising operator. Feeberse Score is responsible for identifying the advertising as such, for restricting it by age (18+) and by territory (currently Spain and Colombia), and for incorporating the responsible-gambling messaging that may be required of it. The detail of the gambling regulatory framework applicable in Spain (Royal Decree 958/2020, Law 13/2011 and the DGOJ) and in Colombia (Law 643 of 2001, Decree 2124 of 2023 and Coljuegos) is developed in the Monetization Policy and in the livescore Legal Notice.

Our responsibility

We do everything possible to provide you with a quality and safe service, but, unfortunately, we cannot ensure that it will always work perfectly.

Sometimes things may happen that are not under our control, such as:

Temporary interruptions due to maintenance tasks, updates or technical issues.
We may change or suspend parts of the service, temporarily or permanently.
We have no obligation to maintain specific content. Sometimes, certain content may be deleted without prior notice.
We are not responsible for internet interruptions or problems caused by government actions or events beyond our control.

In addition, provided that we act reasonably, we will not be responsible for:

Losses that are not caused by our actions or violations of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
Losses that neither you nor we could reasonably foresee when you accepted the Terms and Conditions of Use.
Offensive, inappropriate, illegal or questionable content created by other people on our Platform.
Events that are beyond our reasonable control.

Dispute resolution

If a claim or dispute arises from your use of our services, in your capacity as a consumer, both you and we agree that you may resolve your claim or dispute against us, and that we may resolve our claim or dispute against you, before any competent court of the country where you reside and that has jurisdiction over your claim or dispute; the laws of that country will likewise apply, regardless of any conflict-of-laws provision.

In the event of any other dispute, it must be resolved in a competent court in Ireland, and Irish law will apply to such claim or dispute regardless of any conflict-of-laws provision.

Problem resolution (for residents of the European Union)

If you reside in the European Union, you may also submit a complaint on the online platform for alternative dispute resolution (ODR platform). You can access the ODR platform through the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Users will have the right to choose any certified out-of-court dispute resolution body to resolve disputes relating to the decisions taken on the claims submitted.

Assignment

The Platform may assign all or part of these Terms and Conditions, and may assign or delegate, in whole or in part, any of its rights or obligations under these Terms. You may not assign these Terms, in whole or in part, nor transfer or sublicense your rights under them, to any third party.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. If there are significant changes, we will notify you through the Platform or by email. It is important that you regularly review these terms and conditions to stay aware of any modifications.
